D.B.
Klain Builders, LLC.
D.B. Klain Builders, LLC., was established in 1993
by David B. Klain. David grew up in Carmel, Indiana
and later graduated from Indiana University. David
was fortunate to learn the construction business from
his father, Bradley Klain, who built custom homes
for over 20 years in the greater Indianapolis area.
David has built upon the knowledge he acquired from
his father and has expanded the family tradition of
the custom home building experience. David puts special
emphasis on developing a "one-on-one" relationship
with all of his clients - resulting in a long list
of satisfied homeowners. David realizes the importance
of team-work when it comes to the construction of
a custom built home and therefore D.B. Klain Builders,
LLC., operates as a true team.

Drees
Custom Homes
In 1928, a skilled craftsman and homebuilder made
his way to Northern Kentucky via a long stay in Brazil
and a six week steamship ride. That year, Theodore
Drees and four friends built and lived in a small
home in Wilder, Kentucky - the first of many. Theodore's
son, Ralph, began working for him full-time in 1959.
Through his tireless efforts on his first development,
Ralph demonstrated his fundamental will to build the
best for his customers. When Ralph assumed complete
responsibility in 1968, Drees adopted a philosophy
of diversification and industry leadership - a timeless
doctrine that has kept us going strong even during
the toughest economic periods. To lead Drees to the
forefront of the next generation, Ralph's son David
became president in 1993. The tradition of providing
durability and value through superior building techniques
and holding the highest standards for building materials
and practices continued. Theodore's first house still
stands, as The Drees Company celebrated its 75th Anniversary
in 2003. Now the country's 25th top builder, we have
been recognized with many prestigious industry honors,
including the home building industry's equivalent
of the Triple Crown, winning all three major industry
awards: America's Best Builder in 1998; the National
Housing Quality Award in 1994; and National Builder
of the Year in 1991.
