Diane
Doise Photography
I have been taking pictures my whole life and I gradually
became the one my family and friends called when they
needed a portrait or their wedding photographed. I
did this for years then I started looking for a photographer
for my own wedding and I was astonished at the prices
they were charging. So it was just the logical conclusion
that I can offer my services at a reasonable rate
to others like me.

Don
Kadair Photography
It all started over fifty years ago. My mother and
father started in a small garage printing and developing
film in the Baton Rouge area. My father was a photographer
and bought all the children cameras and we started
taking pictures at an incredibly young age. My first
camera used flash bulbs and there wasn't any such
thing as a 35mm camera. Well I've come a long way
since then and I use only state of the art equipment:
Hasselblad, Nikon, Novatron and Dynalite and have
dedicated myself to guarantee my customers the quality
of work that I would expect to receive. Whether you're
looking for a family portrait or some great product
shots to help promote your business, feel assured
that you'll get something very special from Don Kadair
Photography.

Johnny
Chauvin Photography
Although he always enjoyed photography as a hobby,
Johnny's photographic talent blossomed during the
eight years he lived in Boston. His eye first began
to "see things differently" as part of the
design team at the Crate and Barrel in Harvard Square
and through continuing education classes at the Museum
of Fine Arts. Through his career as visual coordinator
for the Filene's department store chain, he discovered
and nurtured his photographic eye. Upon returning
to Louisiana, he eventually opened Johnny Chauvin
Photography. Downtown Hammond's gallery strolls helped
to ensure the success of his studio and to publicize
his talents. His photographs have graced the posters
and brochures for many of these events. Southeastern
Louisiana University's Fanfare chose his photograph
"Fans" for its 2000 brochure and poster.
He has won five Alpha Awards through the New Orleans
Fashion Institute for photographs taken for Layrisson
Walker Antiques. He is a recent recipient of the Hammond
Regional Arts Center Award for Visual Excellence.
Shooting nearly 40 weddings each year, Johnny has
shot weddings for the goddaughter of vampire author
Anne Rice and the grandson of former US Congresswoman
and Vatican ambassador, Lindy Boggs. He has shot weddings
in Indiana, Tennessee, Alabama and Mississippi, as
well as throughout Louisiana. His work has been featured
in Atlanta weddings, Country America magazine, Taxidermy
Today, InRegister, Baton Rouge City Social, Baton
Rouge House & Home, Country Roads and Gambit Weekly.
